Roles and Responsibilities
Handling all the calls related to Franchise sales.
Explain the Franchise process to the customer
Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
Regular follow ups.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of B2B sales experience
Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Should be presentable.
Have good command over English, Hindi and Bengali Language.
Any other language could be a plus point. Tech Savvy
Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
