Job Description:

Technical service/ Training and Product development

  • Providing technical presentation to architects /Engineers/Consultants/contractor/Builders
  • Complaint Handling
  • Product stewardship
  • Product demonstration to the sales engineer.
  • Training to the lab in terms of product introduction, new technology
  • implementation.
  • Visit new and Existing Non-trade customer site for building relationship and providing onsite technical support.
  • Generate leads and convert new customer site, as per given target and increase market share of the brand, Visit Key Influencers like Engineers, Contractors and Masons and Build good relationship on regular Basis
  • Attend and resolve technical application related complaints and close on time by providing technical services.
  • Prepare mix design confirming to BIS Standards and customer requirements.
  • Suggest and modify customer mix designs to improve performance.
  • Suggest and modify mineral and chemical admixtures as per requirement of the mix to ensure better performance.
  • Execute Technical and Brand Promotional activities like Mason Meet, Customer Meet, Contractor Meet, Engineer Meet
  • Execute Mass brand building activities like Exhibitions, Road Shows, Customer camps and Technical Seminars.
  • Visit Different government departments, Build relation with Govt. and semi Govt. staff and get necessary brand approvals.
  • Providing Value added services On-site to both Trade and Nontrade Customers.
  • Conduct various tests on Raw materials like Sieve analysis, Silt test etc.
  • Conduct various tests on concrete like Slump check, Rebound hammer test and build confidence in customer.
  • Conducting Dealers and Retailers training program
  • Co-ordinate and support sales team indirectly to generate sales.
  • Train customer and Influencers about advantages and Modern construction Techniques.
  • Collecting competitors’ information and gathering samples for Benchmarking.
  • Prepare and Send On-time reports and information’s as per the requirement of organization.
