Key Responsibilities
• Machine installation and attending breakdown calls.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by the customers.
• Thorough product knowledge and issue escalation.
• Remote assistance, software/hardware updates and Quality assurance
• Strive to exceed customer expectation and resolving the issues in real time.
• Gather feedback on product performance, customer experience, and providing insights on product improvement to relevant teams.
Qualifications & Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor’s degree in (Instrumentation/Biomedical/Electronics) or any other relevant field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve the technical issues efficiently.
• Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding about the equipment
• 3-6 years of relevant exp in medical devices/healthcare industry.
