Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager specializing in Property Acquisition, particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Based in Bangalore, India, the ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in QSR operations and expansion strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and evaluate potential property opportunities suitable for QSR expansion in Bangalore, India. 2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess the viability and potential of each property. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and developers to secure favorable terms for property acquisition. 4. Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and other contractual arrangements in alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Operations to facilitate the property acquisition process efficiently. 6. Coordinate site visits, inspections, and due diligence processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. 7. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management regarding property acquisition strategies and opportunities. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks. 9. Assist in the development and implementation of expansion plans and strategies to drive business growth and market penetration in Bangalore. 10. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
2. 3-4 years of proven experience in property acquisition, preferably within the QSR industry.
3. Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore, including key locations, trends, and regulatory
frameworks.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements.

5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with real estate management software is desirable.
8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to other locations as required.
10. Prior experience in a QSR environment is preferred but not mandatory.
