Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for Business Development for the Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Baroda Location.

Job Description:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Will be involved in Client Acquisition.

• Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to Quality HR Services.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

• Speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about Quality HR Services.

• Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.

• Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations.

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
