JD for HR Manager

  1. *Employee Relations:*
    • Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and resolve conflicts when they arise.

 

  1. *Performance Management:*
    • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals.
    • Identify and address underperformance and support employee development.

 

  1. *Training and Development:*
    • Assess training needs and develop training programs.
    • Facilitate learning and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 

  1. *Compensation and Benefits:*
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure competitive and equitable pay structures, administer employee benefits, and address compensation-related inquiries.

 

  1. *Compliance and Legal:*
    • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure company policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

 

  1. *Employee Engagement:*
    • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
    • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.

 

 

  1. *HR Information Systems (HRIS):*
    • Manage and maintain HRIS for employee records, payroll, and reporting.
    • Ensure data accuracy and security.

 

  1. *Diversity and Inclusion:*
    • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
    • Develop and implement policies and practices that foster an inclusive workplace.

 

  1. *Terminations and Off boarding:*
    • Handle employee terminations and exit interviews.
    • Ensure a smooth off boarding process and proper handling of exit procedures.
  2. *Policy Development:*
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.

 

  1. *Strategic HR Planning:*
    • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
    • Provide input to leadership on HR-related decisions.

 

  1. *Reporting and Analysis:*
    • Generate HR-related reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
    • Monitor key HR metrics and trends.

 

  1. *Employee Records Management:*
    • Maintain and secure employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance documentation.

 

  1. *Change Management:*
    • Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
    • Ensure employees understand and adapt to changes effectively.

 

  1. *Budget Management:*
    • Manage the HR budget, including salaries, benefits, training, and other related expenses.

 

  1. *Employee Feedback and Surveys:*
    • Administer employee feedback surveys and use feedback to make improvements to HR practices.
