Role – Trade and Consumer marketing executive

Job Description

  1. Planning and executing marketing campaigns: You will need to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various touch points through managing In-shop branding (Leaflets, danglers, Signages, dealer boards). This includes managing marketing collateral, coordinating with external agencies, and identifying local vendors for gifting & POSM materials (if required). Visiting & managing collaterals at events & exhibitions.
  2. Managing Shelf space at the dealer counter. To manage availability of our brands. Canope promotions at the dealer shop.
  3. Market information & feedback – To provide updates on new schemes & products of competition.
  4. Loyalty programs – Need to oversee Loyalty programs on ground if they are being executed in timely & proper manner. This will include managing painter/ contractor meets. Redemption of gifts to them on time. Suggestion of gifts to dealers, painters, contractors.
  5. Analyzing campaign performance: You will need to track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns & suggest areas for improvement to optimize results.
  6. Managing brand identity: You will be responsible for maintaining the company's brand identity and ensuring that all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with the brand's values and guidelines.
  7. Collaborating with other teams: You will need to collaborate with other teams such as sales, product development, and HO marketing to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Overall, the role of a marketing executive is critical to a company's success, as it involves developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness.
