Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas
1. Responsible for driving strategies across Inside sales, Account Management,
Productivity, Account Development with focus on Business development
2. Calling / sending proposal mails to schools & colleges to engage students in
different activities like Career Assessment Test, Career Counselling Sessions,
workshops etc. to generate leads from schools and colleges.
3. Calling and Confirming Appointments and meetings in schools and colleges for Pan
India.
4. Counselling students for EDGE Metaversity related to the different programs and
getting applications through Career/Counselling Fair participations.
5. Confirming and participating in outreach activities like Career fair, Photo booth,
Career Counselling Sessions etc.
6. Managing backend sales operations and extending support to the sales team.
7. Work towards increasing sales revenues, exceeding targeted sales goals, developing
profitable and productive business relationships, building an extensive client base
and marketing development
8. Driving enrolments from leads generated across programs as per targets given
9. Counselling and Lead Channel Management: the profiles require the candidate to
manage the leads by answering queries and counselling for the courses provided,
leading to conversions
10. Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, fee structure,
eligibility etc.
11. Maintaining a database of student information, telephone logs and student
feedbacks to generate student reports for management whenever required
12. Regular Feedback on leads
13. Advising on quality of leads to improvise on SEO/ SEM etc. to fine tune marketing
plans related to admissions
14. Developing innovative communication strategies, recruitment strategies and
enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more
students
15. Referral generation
16. Manage effective relationships with schools / colleges for future events and
engagements.
17. Make presentations in schools/colleges either with a professional counsellor /
faculty or self.
18. Providing weekly/monthly status reports of new activities implemented.
