- The ideal candidate will be viewed as a dynamic go getter, who is ready to pitch and leverage the current credentials of the agency to get new business in both mainline and digital advertising.
- They need to build client’s trust by understanding and articulating client business insights and leverage to contribute ways to move business forward.
- Proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop existing clients; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the existing client’s business.
- Consult, create, monitor, communication that matters across a fully integrated channel mix.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage P&L for business clusters and forecast operational incomeweekly to present it to the senior management team.
- Relationship management –create strategic relationships with clients by creating a win-win situation that suits both clientele requirements whilst understanding team’s perspective. Have a positive approach to be able to challenge clients where necessary to yield the best outcome.
- Identify development opportunities – Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities with constant follow up on growth and development.
- Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of account.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Graduate (MBA preferred) with business development and agency experience of 12+ yrs. from leading integrated agencies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and team management skills with an ability to build relationships.
- Understands the mainline and digital ecosystem well and gives solutions to clients addressing their business or marketing/communications challenges.
- Previous experience leading teams of over 10 people – ideal
- A strong grounding in the commercial running of accounts, processes and P&L
- Strong gravitas and the ability to build relationships with senior clients, building trust in our offering
- A team player with a client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with your teams and colleagues.
