Job Description:

As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and ensuring that the architectural framework of the product meets the functional and non-functional requirements with quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement the Software Framework for the product
  • Conduct Impact Analysis
  • Check team’s work for technical accuracy
  • Conduct Code Reviews and ensure Coding Standards and best practices are followed.
  • Technical Capacity Planning
  • Set System SLAs, Metrics and Monitoring methods
  • Provide Platform Direction and set a system roadmap
  • Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, product features, and processes.

Requirements

  • You have 8-15 years of hands on product engineering experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS high-growth product or platform in an agile, cloud continuous delivery environment;
  • Hands-on experience on technologies such as Angular, Flutter, Python DevOps, AWS and multi tenant cloud applications.
  • Experience with Utilities or telecom industry, building CRM, BIlling, Workforce automations, unified communication / collaboration or productivity are a plus
  • Proven track record of balancing long-term critical thinking with tactical execution of multiple development plans
  • High-growth technology company experience, ideally in a platform company that has scaled to hundreds of millions of users
  • Ability to think critically and objectively; excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
