· Developing Erection methodology to be adopted · Planning the execution of Erection process · Understanding the drawing and implementation · To train the team in execution of erection · To drive the erection team to execute as per planning · Responsible for project activity (erection) baselines monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. · Guide to prepare monthly and total plan to execute the work. · Organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking. · Coordination with other execution team / client / consultants / Designer |

Experience / Exposure :
· Working experience with contracting companies · Exposure to different type of launcher and their erection process · Exposure in full span launching apart from segment launching · Working experience in construction of High speed Rail project
Qualification : Degree In Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Exposure Experience : 20 + YRS
