Position: Business Development Manager (Field Marketing)

Division: Maintenance division (include Epoxy Putty, Silicone Sealants, Professional Sealants, Anaerobic Adhesives, Cyanoacrylate, Solvent Cements, Glues & Adhesives, Polyester Putty, Waxes & Tapes, Applicator Tools  etc.)

Work Location: Bangalore

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Market Development

  • Market Development of company’s products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives.
  • Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet etc.
  • Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site.

 

User & Influencers Development

  • User Development of Key Outlets
  • End Users’ Development through trainings as well as product application trials.
  • Influencers connect on product specifications
  • Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc for solving market related issues like- product, product quality and application at user and site level.

 

Training & Development

  • Giving various trainings (Product Knowledge/Application Training/ Training on Planning and Implementation of Market Development Module/ How to conduct user development meets) to SOs & end users.

 

Launching & Promotion of new Products

  • Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
  • Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module
  • Providing market & users feedback of new launches

 

Market Research

  • To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from users| retailers| team as per module
  • To generate market intelligence and track competitors’ activity.
