Job Description:
Responsibilities
? Employee life cycle from joining formalities to induction, attendance, employee confirmation,
annual appraisal to full and final settlement.
Requirements
? Ideally about 1 to 3 years’ experience in HR domain
?Vendor Coordination
? Handling Recruitment part
? Handling all type of Admin work
? MHRD / MBA (HR) from reputed institution
Key Competencies
? Good communication (oral and written) skills, good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and
interact with people at all levels.
? Good planning and organizational skills, ability to produce creative and effective solutions to problems.
? Quick witted, Proactive & Self Motivated.
? Work with minimal supervision & multi-task effectively
? Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices
? Excellent MS Excel skills – vlookup, pivot table, hlookup, etc.
