We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in testing various types of food samples in the lab and a strong understanding of test methods and techniques. As a Senior Food Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the lab, conducting standardized tests on food, beverages, additives, or preservatives to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and analyzing test results to classify products or compare results with standard tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standardized tests on food, beverages, additives, or preservatives to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as color, texture, or nutrients.
• Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing.
• Analyze test results to classify products or compare results with standard tables.
• Maintain records of testing results or other documents.
• Record or compile test results or prepare graphs, charts, or reports.
• Compute moisture or salt content, percentages of ingredients, formulas, or other product factors, using mathematical and chemical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Successful completion of the FSSAI Food Analyst exam.
• Extensive experience in food testing and chemical analysis.
• Knowledge of NABL and ISO 17025 accreditation standards.
• Strong understanding of food analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
