Job Description:

As an integral member of Enterprise team, primarily responsible to create enterprise customer leads,
understand customer need and pitch the correct solution to convert leads into sales, define GTM strategy,
meet enterprise sales target by collaborative way of working with CFTs.

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create & execute Enterprise business strategy in regions in line with overall Enterprise Business
plan of co.
2. Generate sales lead & help acquire B2B Customers in regions, maintain constant engagement with
potential customers, convert into successful sales to meet & overachieve Sales Target
3. Maintain close Relationship management with Enterprise accounts as ‘Regional Enterprise
Leadership’ through creation of account specific plans
4. Work closely with Technology, FSD, Finance, Marketing to enable end to end value chain &
lifecycle for the Commercial Business accounts as per guidance from central team.
5. Bring market intelligence for co. to improvise on existing products
6. SPOC for Regional Enterprise Business and to own both success and failure for the region
Policy and Process Compliance
1. Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees, vendors, Enterprise
accounts with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

10 to 15
• Preferably from Strong Telco/Broadband ISP enterprise sales cum solution background having
sound experience of selling enterprise solutions, positioning of product in market, driving revenue
targets and ensuring SLA adherence

EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS 1. Graduation with MBA

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Small Enterprises account handling:
a. Be Central Single Point of Contact for Enterprise delivery in region
b. Meet accounts in person, understand requirements of Enterprises
c. Address potential opportunities innovative solutions by coordinating with Central
Enterprise Solution Specialist
d. Work with Central Enterprise SPOC closely to agree on SLAs & adhere
2. Small Enterprises Sales target achievement: (With support from Marketing & Sales function)
a. Generate leads from market, pracharak, existing BB customers
b. Conduct adequate visit to Small Enterprise potential customers’ office to create co.
visibility
c. Pitch products with correct benefits and solutions to convert into positive sales
d. Be in continuous touch as with Strategic enterprise accounts as part of post sales care
e. Keep an eye on target sales number to achieve
3. Small Enterprises value chain development:
a. Generate market insight and intelligence
b. Know Your Customers (KYC) & their needs
c. Ensure correct market segmentation to create sales funnel
d. Keep an eye on competition sales & new products
4. People Management:
a. Create a very strong ground team of enterprise sales
b. Work in collaboration with multiple cross functional teams to achieve end sales target
c. Improve Team Spirit by Leading from the Front
d. Positive attitude, leadership qualities, dependable, & excellent presentation skills
