Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate new hire orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, including completion of paperwork and introduction to company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee issues, grievances, and conflicts through effective communication, mediation, and conflict resolution techniques.

HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports as required.

Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Monitor employee training progress and maintain training records to ensure compliance with organizational training requirements.

Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in setting up performance objectives, collecting feedback, and preparing performance evaluation reports.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluation results.

HR Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.

Benefits Administration:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims procedures.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects and initiatives forward.
