Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Food Division in South Bengal, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations within the designated region. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets in alignment with the overall business strategy.

  2. Sales Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance.

  3. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments within South Bengal. Develop strategies to penetrate and expand the customer base.

  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  5. Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning to maximize revenue.

  6. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to the management team.

  7. Training and Development: Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service capabilities.

  8. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Uphold the brand reputation and integrity in all business dealings.

  9. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities.

  10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, strategies, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Food Division

 

 

Must have working experience in all the districts like Kolkata, South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly, Nadia, Purba Medinipur (East Midnapore), Paschim Medinipur (West Midnapore), Birbhum, Bankura.
