Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, retention, and relationship management using CRM tools and techniques.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and foster relationships with potential clients to expand the company's clientele base.

Client Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain detailed records of client interactions, track communication history, and manage client databases effectively.

Lead Generation: Implement proactive strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to conversion.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide necessary support, including preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to client needs.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for business growth.

Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Gather feedback from clients, analyze customer satisfaction metrics, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.

 

 Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of CRM principles and experience using CRM software

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices is preferred.

Professional certification in CRM or relevant field is a plus.
