Job Description:

Position:      HR Manager

Location:      Daman

Experience:    3 - 7 Years

Industries:     Packaging

 

Responsibilities:

  • To follow instructions given by the reporting head from time to time.
  • Overall control of the HR function.
  • Formulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s vision & mission.
  • Recruiting and selecting staff.
  • Developing & execution of remuneration and reward procedures.
  • Keeping the board informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
  • Planning and executing employee training and development programs.
  • Improving management/employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Ensuring that health and safety procedures are adequate.
  • To prepare and give notice to workers.
  • To authorize full and final settlement.
  • Incentive calculations.
  • To achieve set objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in handling legal and statutory compliance, recruitment, training, payroll profile.
  • Good communication skills

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
