Job Description:
Position: HR Manager
Location: Daman
Experience: 3 - 7 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- To follow instructions given by the reporting head from time to time.
- Overall control of the HR function.
- Formulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s vision & mission.
- Recruiting and selecting staff.
- Developing & execution of remuneration and reward procedures.
- Keeping the board informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
- Planning and executing employee training and development programs.
- Improving management/employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are adequate.
- To prepare and give notice to workers.
- To authorize full and final settlement.
- Incentive calculations.
- To achieve set objectives.
Required Skills:
- Experience in handling legal and statutory compliance, recruitment, training, payroll profile.
- Good communication skills
Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
