Job Description:

Sales Manager Delhi NCR/Pune

Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager for engineering products in India, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and driving revenue growth within your assigned region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key customers, and oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop product offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

 

The Manager – Sales & Marketing must fulfill the assigned responsibilities and  follow the direction of his immediate “Supervisor “and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System.

 

The operational responsibilities of this position include:

 

·         Should have knowledge of …….. industry of West India (Maharastra and Gujrat)/North India.

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets within the assigned region in India.

·         Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

·         Excellent products presentations skills,

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to promote the company's engineering products and solutions.

·         Lead, mentor, motivate a team of sales engineers/intern, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and meet sales objectives.

·         Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners to maximize profitability

·         Identify and pursue sales opportunities in various industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, and energy, leveraging market insights and customer needs analysis.

·         Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strengths, and provide feedback to the management/ operations team.

·         Work for specifications with consultants/client, Product approvals, Provide Product trials & demo.

·         Increase brand market share in the assigned territory with committed timeline.

·         Managing the business of sales & marketing activity including order execution, monitoring deliveries, and bridge the communication between client and operation team.

·         Adhere to the timelines issued by reporting manager/Management.

In addition to the above, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.

Accountabilities:

·         Assigned Market & competition Analysis, must report on timely basis.

·         Meets established sales budget (revenue, margins) goals from assigned territory.

·         Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

·         Provide Inputs on customer expectation, competitive intelligence, industry information and report to management on timely basis.

·         Weekly sales reporting.

Eligibility:

·         Must be less than 40 years of age.

·         Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar field.

·         Proven track records.

·         Experience in working with team.

·         Bachelors of engineering with MBA shall be preferred though not a constraint for deserving candidates.
