Sr Manager -HR
Job Description:
1. Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and
evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
2.
Employee Management: Developing and implementing programs to attract, retain, and
develop employees. This includes performance management, training & development, and
succession planning.
3. Compensation & Benefits: Designing, implementing, and administering compensation and
benefits programs.
4. Employee Engagement: Resolving employee relations issues, such as grievances and
disciplinary matters.
5. Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable statutory
components and regulations.
6. HR Technology: Leading the selection, implementation, and use of HR technology.
Must-have Skills
• Proven work experience as a Manager/Senior HR Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure in Team Handling
Preferred
Skills/Experience
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
(including attendance & payroll systems) & ERP
