Job Description:

Mobilization candidates for NAPS, NATS & WILP program through ITI and Diploma Collage, partners, Third party vendors, TPO’s, Skill centres etc.

 

Location: West Region

 

  • Coordinate with HR for Interview and Selection process.
  • Handling Vendor and Sub-Vendor Pan India & College Campus haring.
  • Connected with Collage and drive campus virtual and physical.
  • Establish workloads, assigns tasks, and reviews results.
  • Offering wage & self-employment to candidates as per trade wise wage.
  • Offering 100% placement opportunities to trained candidates.
  • Retention Analysis & Survey.
  • Team building and Team management.
  • Sourcing candidates using Portal and social network.
  • Coordination with Operation and Sales Team as per Client Escalations.
  • Mobilization and Migrant Candidates from Various State.
  • Target to be closed every mandate as per time line given by Client. Tie-up with Govt. Colleges, Institutes & NGO’s for the data base collection of all the vertical candidates.
  • Fieldwork in rural areas, Meeting with Gram Panchayat’s for arranging meeting with the skilled & semi-skilled candidates.
  • Daily meeting with the team members to understand the line-ups for the day.

 

  • Recruitment Team handling: Handling a team of recruiters in PAN India level.

 

  • Ensure recruiter productivity: To ensure that the average recruiter productivity for the region is maintained per month.

 

  • Database generation: Tie-up with Colleges, and Employment exchanges in PAN India to constantly generate Candidate database.

 

  • Training: To provide regular training for the recruiters to enhance their productivity at work.

 

  • Collection: Ensure all the invoices are raised in time and the collections are also made in the stipulated time.
