Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for a Production Manager at Daman and Jammu.

Position -Production Manager

Working days- 6days

Working Time - 9.00am to 5.30pm

Qualification: - CIPET graduate

Preferred:-

Other Qualification:- MBA - Operation

Computer: - Good Basic computer skills & SAP Knowledge will be value addition

 Experience: - Minimum 15 years experience in production of which at least 5 years as Production manager in plastic processing (HDPE, PET & MULTI LAYER) field having good knowledge & experience in better manufacturing practices & lean production process. 

Job Responsibility:

• The candidate shall have good administrative skills.
• He Should have experience in Injection Molding /Injection Blow Molding / Extrusion Blow Molding / ISBM working experience on Injection Molding Machine like ( L & T / Milcron) &

Extrusion Blow Molding Machine like (Speedx / Jagmohan / PMP)

• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Production Planning, Procurement Planning as per Sales Orders, Inventory Planning & Control.
• Input Management, Inventory Management – RM/PM, WIP, Finished Products.
• Achievement of Production & Dispatch targets through In-House
• Ensure In-Process & Final Product Quality through implementation of proper Quality System In-House.
• Proactive Maintenance Schedule to minimise downtime for Machines, Tools / Moulds, & Utilities.
• Cost Control through Controlling/Improving usage Efficiency.
• KRA’s includes Optimum inventory levels, logistic cost, & Customer Service Index.
• Co-ordination among different departments including H.O to ensure smooth flow of technical & managerial expertise.
• Keeping Company’s overall perspective in mind, coordinating & monitoring the functional departments for new product as well as customer development by understanding the customer needs.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
