Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our fast-paced FMCG company. The HR Admin will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR administration and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
- Assist in candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Arrange onboarding activities for new hires.

Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and documentation.
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment agreements, termination letters, and promotion letters.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

HR Policies and Compliance:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.

Training and Development:
- Help organize training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in maintaining training records and monitoring employee development plans.

HR Reporting:
- Generate HR reports and metrics as required.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support HR decision-making.

Employee Engagement:
- Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Exit Management:
- Support the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 4-5 years of experience in HR administration within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.
