Job Description:
All sorts of Records of Rights work ( such as VF VI& VF VII XII etc.)from the
Village Officers(Talathis) and Circle Officers.
Various Permissions under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 ( such
As NA Permissions, change of Land Tenure from Class II to Class I ( i.e.from
Navi Shirt to Juni Shirt) i.e. Section 43, 6B(Maharwatan,RamoshiWatan,etc)
Permissions under various Watan Acts and Permissons for sec. 150 and Compliant
Cases from Tasildar and Circle officer.
 
 
All sorts of Survey work such as Land Measurement ,Boundry Marks etc.
From concerned Surveyors and T.I.L.R./S.L.R.etc.
UiObtaining Neccesary NOCs Tax-Water-Drainage-Fire-Garden\Enchrochment
-Road from TP,PMC,PCMC ,PMRDA Authoritesfor Commencement
& Completion Work.To Coordinate with Architect & other concered
Authorities regarding MPCB NOC, ENVOIRNMENT Certificate.
Registration of All types of Documents at various Sub Registrars Office.
Liiason with Collector of Stamps,IGR Office etc.
Registration OfPartenership Firms. And Registration of Co-Operative
Housing Societies.
Indivisually handled RTS Appels and Matters before Circle Officer,
Tahsildar, SDO.

Indivisually handled Quarry Matters Case before Tahsildar.
Approval to Building Plans and sanction work of plans from PMRDA,
Town Planning Department and Collector Office,PCMC&r NA Permission.To coordinate with
Architect regarding Plan Submission,scrutiny,Final Plans etc
Coordinate with Project team to obtain necessary licenses and Certificates as per the progress of
Project construction( for. E.g. Plinth Completion Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, Building
Complition Certificate.
Obtain all Licenses as required for mall / hotel operations including, but not limited to, consent t
operate, shops and establishment, performance licenses, banquets, restaurants and bars by
coordination with various regulatory authorities.
Approval of various proposals from Mantralaya,MIDC,PWD,WATER Resource Dept.,
Forest Dept.PoliceDept.etc.
Property Tax assessment work and NOC work with Pune and Pimpri –Chinchwad
MunicipleCorporations ,Pune Cantonment Board and ZillaParishad/ Panchayat
/Gram Panchyat.
Worked forSEZ IT Project and Permissions from higher Revenue Officers and
Other related Deapatment Officers.
 
 
Relationdhip development with legal bodies& representatives to match the
Organizational needs.
LAND ACQUISITION
1 ) Identify candidates based on the Site Acquisition Order Provided
2 ) Explain Requirements to the Owners of the candidate sites
3 ) Collect & verify legal documents such as title deeds, link documents. Etc. (Specific to the
law of land of sites being acquired, list to be provided before first acquisition)
4 ) Negotiating commercial terms with landlord based on agreed terms and priority given at
time of lat/long handover
5 ) Obtain legal opinion from agreed Legal firm (List to be provided before first acquisition).
6 ) Carrying negotiation with land Owners for purchase of land as well as authentication and
verification and check revenue records.
7 ) Signing of agreement with Owner and Submission of same to Company.
8) To develop and train land acquisition vendors and officers for Project
