Role: Manager - Sales Operations (Process Excellence, Sales Strategy & Initiatives)
Total Experience: 5 – 7 years
Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Dealer Management, Distributor Management
- Sales force Management, Sales force Automation
- Involved in Process excellence
- Candidate must have exposure in DRCP ( Daily Route Coverage Plan ) Management & Implementing the same.
- Ensure DRCP Compliance is maintained through all levels ( 100% Compliance to company’s policy)
- Potential mapping / Outlet Categories to monitored
- Responsible for sales & Business strategies - Sales planning and Sales implementing for Urban and Rural business.
- Business financials management and Material transition planning (MTP) aligned with operational plan for state
- Will be involved into Sales Strategy ( Primary Sales & Secondary Sales )
- CRM Initiatives
- Gap Analysis and Improvement
- Develops a leading market share plans and improves brand presence through width of distribution
- Beat Compliance / Manpower Efficacy /Call Analysis
- Coordinating with Distributors & Sales Team for compliance adherence
