Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

Lead Sales Automation plays a pivotal role in driving automation transformation across our sales
organization. As a field and direct sales driven company, we are committed to leveraging technology
to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and empower our sales teams to achieve greater success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partner with sales leadership and business users to identify opportunities for automation within the lead funnel management, sales incentives and payout automation, field force-governance, report generation, and customer onboarding processes.
2. Analyze existing workflows and processes to assess their suitability for automation, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
3. Develop and implement automation solutions using Salesforce tools and functionalities,including workflows, process builder, custom objects, and integrations with external systems.
4. Configure and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales performance and key metrics.
5. Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions within the existing technical infrastructure.
6. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to sales users on the newly implemented automated processes.
7. Stay current on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and actively seek new automation opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
8. Document and maintain clear and concise process maps and user guides for all automated solutions.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Minimum 5 years of experience working.
2. Experience is Telco/Service industry will be an advantage
3. Experience / Knowledge of Zoho creator and other Zoho tools
4. Previous role as a Business analyst/Product manager
5. Knowledge of using Generative AI
6. Identifying and implementing automation solutions to improve sales processes.
7. Understanding of sales methodologies and the challenges faced by field and direct sales teams.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the IT team.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
11. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
12. Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest Salesforce advancements.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

MBA/PGDM/MMS in Marketing/Sales

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Experience on Sales Force Automation tools
2. Experience in Incentive & Payout Automation tools
3. Previous role as a Business analyst/Product manager
4. Growth orientation
5. High digital proficiency (tech-savviness)
