Executive Purchase & Stores (Pathology Chain)

Job Description:

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders along with store assistant
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Check and verify the bills with purchase order and submit to the accounts department
• Keep record of delivered material in manually as well as in computer
• Keep a track of near expiry stock and process for early use or return to vendor
• Co ordinate with departments stock update – monthly and yearly stock update, closing stock

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general store keeping and warehouse duties; maintain accurate manual and computer records; perform physical labor; understand and carry out oral and written instructions 

2. Prepare Responsible for timely delivery of material to end user

3. Co-ordinate with departments for their material requirement

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Good Command over Local and National Language and English

Computer Savy

            Must be able to perform physical activities, such as lifting, bending, standing, climbing or  

            walking  on consistent basis

            Skill of book keeping like – inventory register, goods inward and goods outward
