Job Description:
There is an urgent requirement for the post of HR Executive for one of the Engineering Industry based in Umbergaon location.
Job Description
- Must be good in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Handling Recruitment Process
- Good knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
- Effective implementation of factory & labour laws Inspector of Factories, PF Commissioners and .
- Wage and salary administration Should have knowledge PF Profile Summary
- Liasioning with Local & Government bodies.Pollution control board
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with all state& local employment laws relating to factory.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Contract Labour Management
- Grievance handling
- Coordinating & maintaining relationships with nearby local & government bodies.
