Job Description:
Requirements-
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills – effective teaching of concepts with relevant and easy to understand examples.
This position will work in the field for on-job coaching for more than 15 days in the month.
Training and Coaching abilities
- Identification of training needs and taking initiatives to address them.
- Flexibility to adapt to different demands of the job.
- Ability to learn new things and pick up new concepts very fast.
- Hardworking and High level of Integrity.
- Diligence – adhere to deadlines and deliverables
- Leadership – Lead by example during joint field work to ensure pre-call planning, ICE and post call analysis with TM/AM and get involved in all the steps.
- Meticulous, detail oriented with good planning and prioritisation
