Job Title: HR Executive/Sr. Executive (Female)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: M.B.A in HR or Equivalent

Salary: 25K to 30K/Month

Job Description:

• Develop, revise, recommend and execute HR policies and processes 

• Develop and present a HRIMS to the top management on a monthly basis

• Implementing and revising company's compensation program

• Creating and revising job descriptions

• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget n evaluation program

• Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures, Performing benefits administration

• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including drafting and placing job ads, Talent Hire

• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling

• Manage Payroll, Compliance, Governance, Maintaining department records and reports

• Participating in administrative staff meetings, Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
