Product Manager- Delhi
Job Description:
Position As Product Manager, you will build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy by identifying potential areas of value for internal/external clients through market research, generating product requirements and determining specifications. You are expected to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify & fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience & drive growth. You will also create plans for pricing & timeintegrated product introduction, develop marketing strategy and administer our social media accounts. Responsibilities ? Understand & analyse user pain points, create product buy-in both internally & with external partners ? Work with operations/business to understand daily challenges; scope/prioritise activities based on business and customer impact and translate product strategy into detailed prototype requirements ? Lead a team of APMs & work closely with engineering teams for quick launches using optimal resources ? Develop pricing/positioning strategies, evaluate promotional plans for consistent/effective messaging ? Drive product launches with public relations team, senior management & other product team members ? Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products & services Desired Profile ? Proven work experience of 3-5 years in product mgmt. and a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product with large scale application throughout its lifecycle. ? Can develop product/marketing strategies & effectively communicate recommendations to senior mgmt. ? Technical background with understanding/experience of software development & web technologies. ? Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. ? Can work cross-functionally in a matrix organisation; has strong written & verbal communication skills. ? MS/BS degree in Computer Sc., Engg. or equivalent preferred; Bonus points for political knowledge.
