Job Description:
Designation - Finance Executive
Working days - Monday to Friday
Working Time - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
This would be an off role opportunity
Roles and responsibilties:
- Secondary claims: Validation of claims from each stockiest, plotting against the company invoice Numbers, preparing consolidated file for all the validated claims.
- Preparing tracker file for that month and send the summary to all sales head, Business head and Finance head.
- Month end closure & ensuring accurate accrual entries are posted.
- GL code analysis & preparing MIS for same.
- Code creation: When we get request for code creation from the customer or salesperson, we collect and validate the documents for code creation and send for Finance and Business head approval and then we send to CMT team for code creation.
- Cordinate with auditors for resolving audit query
