Position:        Assistant Manager - Electrical

Location:        Silvassa

Experience:    7 - 8 Years

Industries:    Marble

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily/weekly and monthly maintenance schedule & corrective actions taken in case of expected delays.
• Assess capabilities of team members and according plan work allocation with the ultimate motive of increasing productivity.
• Planning for urgent / priority maintenance & breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor stock of spares and parts and indent whenever required.
• Time taken study for machine breakdown.
• Utilize scrap/waste material.
• Reduce procurement of spares & parts by developing the same inhouse.
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedule planning for machineries and control breakdown, repairs etc.
• Time & cost saving and also reduce the leasd time require to complete the repair of machine breakdown.
• Prepare ISO related documentation.
• Plant instrument & Electrical calibration work.
• All compliances.
• Do 5S related work.
• Support in creation of Annual Maintenance Plan (CAPEX/OPEX) for unitl &2.
• Basic -PLC.

Required Skills :

• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
