Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:        

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures suitable for heavy-duty machine environments.
•  Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping personnel on proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety measures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and adhere to budgetary constraints while optimizing cleaning operations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in housekeeping management or a related field.

• Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within the heavy-duty machine industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, industrial cleaning equipment, and advanced cleaning technologies.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation
