Credit Control Analyst
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor collection activities and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and supervise a team of collection executives stationed across various offices in India.
- Provide guidance and support to collection executives in managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
- Oversee the implementation of credit control policies and procedures at regional offices to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to collection executives to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate with regional managers and other departments to address escalated credit and collection issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize collections and reduce overdue accounts.
- Act as a point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations.
- Prepare reports and updates on collection activities and team performance for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in credit control, accounts receivable management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of credit management principles and collection strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office
