Position:        Asst. Executive - (Lean/OPEX)

Location:       Vapi

Experience:    0 - 3 Years

Industries:     Consumer Durables

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of SOP’s specifically focused on plant manufacturing processes.
• Develop visual controls and signage in the plant to reinforce processes, provide metrics.
• Work with plant management on how to develop Lean mind set and Lean oriented processes to improve efficiency, standardize work and to sustain.
• Partner with plant line staff to collect observations, ideas, and solutions. Provide ongoing guidance/training on Lean. Gather best practices.
• Work with Operations team to assist in analysis, administration and execution of Lean oriented activities.
• Experience in Lean & Quality Practices
• Ability to lead improvement projects.
• Understanding of cost and financial impacts.

 Required Skills

• Candidates must have experience of Opex/Lean Department.
• Good English communication.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.

 Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
