*Knowledge of Submercibal motor winding and joint process, Incpaction etc.
*Every Motor Check the I.R Value.
*Every Motor Check the I.R value, in process inspection of winding wire copper O.D & Insulation O.D
*Every Motor Check the Resistance
*Make a Winding details and winding wire details stricker.
*Planning Wound Stator order and stock level against.
*Planning windling wire, Cable, Wedge and other winding materials.
*Make a I.S.O Documents.
Desired Candidate Profile: Having Pump industry Experience
