Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Reception Handling:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
Providing accurate information to inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
2. Admin Work Management:
Assisting in various administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry and data management.
Preparing reports and other data and correspondence as required.
Ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and placing orders when necessary.
3. Housekeeping and Office Peon Staff Management:
Overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises.
Managing the office peon staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Addressing any staff-related issues, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
4. Vendor Management:
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Obtaining quotes and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitoring vendor performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
5. Distribution and Courier Management:
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier services.
Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery of important documents or packages.
Collaborating with various departments to coordinate distribution needs.
6. Fluent English Communication Skills:
Communicating effectively and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
Handling communication with international clients, if required.
