Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits
 Responsible for compensation & benefits benchmarking for Indian & overseas markets
 Preparation & monitoring of compensation budgets
 Preparation of various compensation stimulations
 Responsible for implementation of ESOP scheme.
 Understanding of statutory framework wrt LWF, PF, ESIC, Min wages etc
 Responsible for successful implementation of Total reward framework.
 Responsible for creation of compensation structures & aligning employees with the grid.
 Responsible to ensure and provide necessary data monthly, including new hires, salary
change etc for payroll process (including pre‐payroll) in a timely manner.

Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy & Total Rewards
Framework
 Preparation of compensation budgets
 Compensation benchmarking for India & overseas markets
 Creation & Implementation of Incentive/ Bonus/ Performance Pay Plans within the Statutory
Framework
 Sound understanding of statutory regulation related to compensation
