Ensure profitability of the Area, and contribution to the revenue of the state by ensuring all
Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy. All
constituents of the Area functions in a seamless manner & build synergy in overall operations of
the Area.

People / Team  Ensures every new joinee in the cluster goes through
the training and is certified before he is got into
branch.
 Area Attrition – Voluntary / Involuntary
 No. of people groomed to the next level.

Process / Quality Improvement  File Quality Check

 Adherence to process – disbursement, collections
etc.
 Ensure prevention of frauds through various process
check points and monitor those check points
periodically
