Ensure profitability of the Area, and contribution to the revenue of the state by ensuring all
Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy. All
constituents of the Area functions in a seamless manner & build synergy in overall operations of
the Area.

Process / Quality Improvement File Quality Check
Adherence to process – disbursement, collections
etc.
Ensure prevention of frauds through various process
check points and monitor those check points
periodically
