Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:
 Trade Finance Activities – Applying for Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Processing Import Remittances both A1
& A2.
 Inward Remittance – Settlement of Inward Remittance towards Export as well as Non Export, viz: Repatriation of
funds from WOS (Equity, Debt, Interest Repayment, Other charges, Etc).
 Co-ordination with Bankers in-connection with Day-to-Day activities

 Process trade finance transactions including letters of credit, documentary collections, and bank guarantees.
 Review and verify trade documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
 Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and banks to facilitate smooth execution of trade transactions.
 Perform credit checks and evaluate creditworthiness of clients involved in trade transactions.
 Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and finance to support trade activities.
 Maintain accurate records of trade finance transactions and update databases accordingly.
 Monitor and report on the status of trade finance operations to management.
 Stay updated on changes in trade finance regulations and industry trends.
