JOB PURPOSE:
Creating, shaping and improving brand identity to enable visual communication of different
products for different clients. To improve the company’s operational efficiency and effectiveness
and help the company to accomplish its objectives.

JOB IDENTIFICATION
Duty Station: Head Office (Uganda)

Brief about Aluminium Department
Our products are Office fit out, Aluminium windows, & partition, wall cladding & glazing,
Gypsum ceiling, on site masonry work and decorative work as a part of turnkey services.
We undertake project worth of 2 lac to 10 crore Rs.
Job Description
1). Knowledge of all kind aluminium profile for all type of aluminium work (windows, side hung
and sliding doors, PJ windows, partition, Double glazed window, sound proof partition etc)
2) Knowledge of cladding, curtain wall and structural glazing (division design, installation on
site etc)
3) Should be able to handle challenges comes in installation and it's solution.
4) Man power handling. Planning of installation schedule, coordination with production,
reporting to his immediate boss etc.
5) Supervise & give training to technicians for glazing, cladding & partition work.
6) Can manage 4 to 5 small size project or 2 to 3 medium size project at the same time.
7)Understand quality workman ship, good finishing, & has experience of handling clients
demand V/S market trends & production capacity.

8)Planning & co-ordination with production team.
9)Co-ordinate with internal department for smooth handling of projects.
10.)Need to attend meeting with client & have regular communication with them & follow up for
payment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or Diploma holder
5 - 6 years of experience in the Aluminium Industry and at least 3-4 years in the same position.
Age 25-35 years

Joining period – 30 to 60 days from final confirmation.
