Job Description:

Position Overview:

As an HR Admin cum Payroll Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the regional human resources department by providing administrative assistance and contributing to payroll-related tasks. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Gather and process payroll information, such as attendance records, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Verify the accuracy of payroll data, including salary changes, new hires, terminations, and leave of absence.
  • Prepare and distribute electronic transfers to employees in a timely manner.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Employee Record Management:

  • Prepare employee correspondences, such as appointment letters, increment letters, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and tax forms.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and updating records accordingly.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable compliances with laws and company policies regarding payroll and employee records.
  • Prepare regular payroll reports, including tax filings, wage statements, and other required documentation.
  • Assist in conducting audits to verify the accuracy of payroll data.

  • Working days and time- Mon to Sat (alternate sat's off), 9 hours working
