Job Description:
Assess relevant developmental training needs for
employees across level in consultation with departmental
heads/BH.
• Develop content for different types of behavioral programs
for different levels
Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements;
preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
• Develop digital content/ videos for Mobile Learning
platform
• Manage Assessment and Development Centre
• Mange MDP, IDP and higher education offerings with
leading institutes in India and abroad
• Manage various OD initiatives such as participation in
Gallup great place to work award, idea hotline etc.
• Manage 360 degree, succession planning, IDP for
leadership development
• Stay informed to relevant skill and qualifications levels
required by staff for effective performance.
