Job Description:
  • Payroll Processing from HR E.R.P (Visual Pay)
  • Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances, Arrier Payments, and Reimbursements etc. As per Pay Roll Advice Format.
  • Salary statement & pay slip generation, Handling Payroll Grievances’ if any.
  • Pre-auditing the Payroll for zero error & Management Approval.
  • Daily & Monthly M.I.S & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports.
  • Maintaining employee’s personnel files and records.
  • Performance management system (PMS).
  • Conducting Exit interviews, Employee Final Settlements, relieving procedures and employee coordination.
  • Day to day grievance handling & Training & development
  • Statutory compliance’s under labor laws.
  • Submitting of online PF & ESIC Challans, Processing PF claims of left employees.
  • Employee Benefits leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement, Medi-claim, Salary Advances, Employee Bonus & gratuity, compensation.
  • Off-Roll Manpower Management includes verification of Attendance & Wage bills.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be Graduate with MBA 6-8 Year Experience in HR 

  • the software.
  • To maintain attendance, leave records, Salary Administration of pf, Esic & bonus records as per rules and regulations for more than 1000, staff and workers.
  • To maintain the records of return files for Esic, pf and bonus, gratuity.
  • Handling Statutory Compliance, Filing of monthly Statutory Returns within the due dates.
  • Induction and joining formalities.
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Checking of contractor’s wages, overtime bills & Canteen bills.
  • Exit interviews, clearance & full & final settlement.
