The candidate requires excellent sales and negotiating skills with the ability to influence, convince, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a Franchisee Network of Business Partners for Profitability, Smooth Operations, Academic Delivery and Compliance as per company policy.
• Conceptualize monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans allocating budgets reaching the maximum target.
• Leverage support from other units - such as Academic team, marketing team, Customer Care,Logistic department etc. - to ensure all required information and assurance is available forbusiness partner to aid their smooth functioning.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting of MIS for performance review.
• Coordinate with marketing team to implement Go-To-Market strategy timely & effectively.
• Conduct business presentation to potential business partners.
• Responsible for revenue, profitability targets, product development and launching of product in the region.
• Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market.
• Adhere to all the legal norms and procedures.

Qualification & Requisite:

• Management Graduate / Post Graduate (Marketing / Operations) with experience range of 5-10 years in franchise expansion.
• Experience with minimum three years in hardcore franchise sales of preferably Institutional or in similar capacity
• Well versed with the geographic regions.
• Willingness to travel extensively
