- Fair Knowledge on Onboarding & Exit formalities
- Hands on experience on Recruitment Process
- Good experience on T&D (Training & Development)
Desired Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:
- MBA-HR/MHRM
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good team player and Ability to do Multi-tasking
- Should be well conversant with HRMS ERP
- Excellent knowledge on MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and stretched time and target
- Adaptable to change
