Role & Responsibilities

Job Description

·         • Plan resources for timely completion of projects and in given price targets.

·         •  Exposure to Flyback , Half Bridge and LLC topologies ) ,

·         • To have a Road Map for new product roll out and strategy for price reduction / value

·         engineering of existing products.

·         • To streamline the documentation flow within and outside R&D.

·       Duties & Responsibilities:

·         • Getting market awareness and evaluating similar products from market.

·         • Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility

·         study ,field rejections and production issues .

·         Inter-personal Skills required:

·         A Good Team Leader .

·         • Must be self-starter and multi-task oriented.

·         • Excellent communication skills (listening, written and verbal) as well as interpersonal.

·         • Be aggressive towards work, positive working attitude and good presentation skill.

Desired Years of Experience

5 years in field of EV Chargers or > 10 years in Power supplies and atleast 3 years in EV Chargers .
