Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and under specifications and safety standards.

.      1. Order Processing:

  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products/services.
  • Maintain and update the sales order database.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the sales team.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Keep records of sales trends and customer activity.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of customer data.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to address inventory issues.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings. 
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualification: 

       High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus

Experience: 

  • 2 to 3 Proven experiences in a similar role, with a track record of successful installations.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technical concepts and systems


Required Skill Sets:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
